Empowering humanity, one woman at a time

Seven modules, taught in sequence and adapted to the culture they are delivered in.

Finding Your Everest

Participants name their biggest dream and the barriers standing in front of it, then break an overwhelming goal into small, achievable steps — building the resilience to keep going.

Self-Awareness and Passion

Many women are told which path to follow. Through culturally relevant exercises, participants name their own strengths, values and talents — and start making decisions from them.

Tempered Radicalism

Pushing for change carries real risk. Participants learn how to challenge inequality and advocate for themselves in ways that respect cultural context and keep them in the room.

Critical Thinking & Public Speaking

Girls are rarely encouraged to speak up. Discussion and supportive speaking practice build the clarity and confidence needed for interviews, leadership roles and community meetings.

Health, Wellbeing & Safety

Nutrition, stress, mental health, boundaries and recognizing unsafe situations — knowledge that is hard to come by, so participants can look after themselves and then teach others.

Community Initiatives & Advocacy

Participants learn to spot a local problem, design an initiative around it and organize others — the basics of advocacy and teamwork, applied to education access and gender equity.

Financial Literacy

Saving, budgeting, understanding interest and planning ahead. Whether they are students, mothers or entrepreneurs, participants leave able to make sound financial decisions.

Training on its own is not enough

Scholarships

Fees, uniforms and supplies for girls at risk of being taken out of education. Staying in school is the precondition for everything else.
