Visiting the Women of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania

While in Tanzania, to climb Kilimanjaro, I got the chance to visit a hospital and medical center who are helping women recover from fistula. Meeting the woman, hearing their stories of struggle and their dreams for the future inspired me greatly.
